A great bottle isn't hurried, and neither is the thing that carries it. Every Casali tote is cut, stitched, lined, and hand-finished by a small team of artisans working in the Italian tradition. The weeks aren't a delay — they're the reason the leather softens instead of cracking, and why this is still on a desk in ten years.

Nothing is committed and nothing is charged until you approve the proof. This phase moves as quickly as you do.
The deposit is what begins production
Production begins when your deposit of is received. It reserves your place in the production calendar and releases the leather for your order — hides are selected and cut specifically for you, and cannot be reassigned. This is how handmade work is commissioned. The balance is due against shipping documents before the goods leave the factory.

What's the minimum order?
Custom branding starts on the hang tag at 50 units. Below 50, totes are available at standard retail pricing with the Casali maker's mark, but without custom logo branding.
Can we combine different models or use more than one logo?
Each production run carries a single logo or tag, and the right setup depends on your quantity and level of customization. To combine models, or to arrange separate branded runs, please contact us — we'll walk you through the details for your order.
How does the branding work?
Every tote carries the Casali maker's mark. From 50 units, your logo is printed on a premium hang tag. At 250+ units, your logo is also embossed directly into the leather — with the Casali maker’s mark embossed on the opposite side — and printed on the gift box.
What's the lead time?
Plan for two stages. Design and approval comes first — you submit your logo, we return a proof, and you sign off. That stage moves at your pace; most buyers take one to three weeks, and nothing is charged or committed until you approve the proof.
Production is 14 weeks, measured from the day your deposit is received to the day your order lands at our New Jersey warehouse, duty-paid and insured. That window covers hide selection and cutting, handcrafted assembly, branding, inspection and gift-boxing, and air freight. Allow a few additional days for distribution to your recipients.
Because every tote is cut, stitched, lined, and hand-finished individually by a small team of artisans, those weeks are what the work takes — they are the reason the leather softens instead of cracking. Your delivery date is committed in writing on your quote. Use the estimator above for exact calendar dates, and reach out early for holiday and event deadlines.
Can you ship to each recipient individually?
Yes. We can bulk-ship to one address, or drop-ship gift-boxed totes to individual recipients across your list, with optional gift notes.
Are corporate gifts tax-deductible?
In the U.S., business gifts are generally deductible up to $25 per recipient per year (IRS guidance) — though many companies gift well beyond that as a relationship investment. We're happy to provide itemized invoicing; consult your tax advisor for specifics.
