Shipping policy

At Casali Wine Totes, every piece is handcrafted and prepared with the same care that goes into its making. Here's what to expect when your order is on its way.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping & Delivery (United States)
We ship from our U.S. fulfillment center via UPS and USPS. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your destination. Free shipping on all orders $500 and above.

Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your tote every step of the way.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Every Casali tote is inspected and carefully packaged to arrive in flawless condition. If your order arrives damaged, or a package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days at info@casaliwinetotes.com and we'll make it right.
